Ann-Marie Teehan is Of Counsel for KPMG Law LLP, based in the Cayman Islands office and part of the Irish Asset Management team.
She has over fourteen years’ experience advising on the establishment, regulation, and ongoing operation of Irish regulated investment funds, including UCITS and AIFs, across a broad range of asset classes and investment strategies. She works closely with and advises fund service providers such as AIFMs, managers, administrators, depositaries, and counterparties.
Ann-Marie has extensive experience navigating the Irish regulatory landscape, engaging with the Central Bank of Ireland, and guiding clients through authorization processes, compliance frameworks, governance requirements, and ongoing supervisory expectations.
Ann-Marie is admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland, as an Attorney at Law in the Cayman Islands and as a Solicitor (non practicing) in England and Wales. She is also admitted as a notary public in the Cayman Islands.
