Clara is an Associate and Trainee Solicitor in KPMG Law LLP and will qualify as a Solicitor in 2027. Since joining KPMG Law, Clara has worked with the Corporate Structuring, M&A and Regulatory teams. Clara has experience assisting with a wide range of transactions and responding to complex regulatory developments. She has worked with clients from an array of sectors such as Life Sciences, Retail & Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics.
Before joining KPMG Law as an Associate, Clara worked as a Deal Advisory analyst and paralegal where she worked across Banking, Data Privacy, Aviation and Financing of Capital Infrastructure projects. She holds extensive experience in the delivery of strategic solutions to complex issues, particularly in connection with regulatory compliance, data protection and contractual matters. Her prior experience also includes exposure to Litigation, Commercial and Probate & Estates matters in a general practice firm.
Clara holds both a Master of Science in Financial Technologies and a Bachelor of Civil Law (Clinical). This enables her to provide a multi-disciplined approach to her work, combining legal expertise with a strong understanding of related financial, technological or regulatory matters.
