Yvonne is a director in KPMG Law LLP, advising Irish and international clients on complex corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on M&A, carve‑outs, commercial contracting, data protection, technology and real estate. She brings over 18 years’ post‑qualification experience, combining top‑tier private practice, senior in‑house and international advisory roles across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US.
Yvonne has extensive experience supporting cross‑border transactions and strategic projects, including share and asset acquisitions, divestments, post‑deal integration, transitional services arrangements and international reorganisations. She regularly advises boards and senior leadership teams on risk, structure and execution, and is known for delivering commercially pragmatic, solution‑focused legal advice aligned to wider business objectives.
Prior to joining KPMG Law, Yvonne held senior legal roles with global organisations and practised for many years at leading Irish and international law firms. Her sector experience spans life sciences, technology, FMCG, retail and real estate, and she has particular depth in advising on technology‑enabled businesses, AI‑related legal issues, ESG initiatives and regulated environments.
Yvonne is a practising solicitor in Ireland and holds an MBA, along with postgraduate qualifications in technology and intellectual property law, corporate transactions and company secretarial practice.
