Alex is a Manager at KPMG Law LLP, joining the team in July 2023 on secondment from KPMG UK. Alex joined KPMG UK in January 2022 on qualification following completion of her training at a Cambridge-based legal tech start-up, where she gained experience in commercial technology law and AI. Since joining KPMG, Alex provides M&A advice for domestic and international organisations, and assists with corporate structuring across the retail, healthcare, hospitality and insurance sectors.
