Ciara is a director in KPMG Law LLP. She has in excess of 15 years’ experience working with a range of Irish and multinational clients, advising on Irish company law and corporate governance matters. Ciara also manages the company law compliance obligations for a number of large corporate clients, and has responsibility for advising clients operating in the manufacturing, retail and distribution sectors, particularly food production and pharmaceuticals.
