Colm is a solicitor and associate director on the Corporate team in KPMG Law LLP. Colm trained and worked in the Finance and Capital Markets department of a leading international law firm in Dublin. He has worked for KPMG Law (previously KPMG Legal Services) for over five years, having joined in August 2020 and specialises in advising domestic and multinational organisations on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring and corporate governance matters.
Colm also has experience in project finance and cross-border finance matters for international financial institutions and private equity houses.
