Prior to joining KPMG Legal Services as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021, Conor worked as a legal assistant in a leading Irish criminal law firm before interning on the corporate team at KPMG Legal Services in 2018. Conor currently works on the Corporate Structuring and Data Protection teams at KPMG Law LLP and has gained experience drafting documentation pertaining but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, share transfers, capital reductions, share surrenders, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements.
Conor obtained a certificate in GDPR for Law Enforcers which has expanded his knowledge of the GDPR, Data Protection Acts and the Law Enforcement Directive. Conor had a 7-month secondment with a leading international biotechnology company where he applied his knowledge of the GDPR and various data protection and privacy related legislation.
Conor qualified as an Irish Solicitor in April 2024.
