Prior to joining KPMG Legal Services as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021, Conor worked as a legal assistant in a leading Irish criminal law firm before interning on the corporate team at KPMG Legal Services in 2018. Conor currently works on the Corporate Structuring and M&A teams at KPMG Law LLP and has gained experience drafting documentation pertaining but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, share transfers, capital reductions, share surrenders, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements.
Conor has a broad range of sector experience in corporate structuring and mergers & acquisitions. Conor advised a leading pharmaceutical company on various data protection and privacy related legislation and applied his knowledge of mergers & acquisitions on a recent deal with one of Ireland’s largest retailers.
Conor qualified as an Irish Solicitor in April 2024.
