Before joining KPMG Law in 2021, Jack qualified and worked in the corporate department of an international law firm in Dublin. Jack has experience advising both domestic and international clients on all aspects of data privacy and data protection law. Jack has advised on a number of large privacy projects, including advising the DPO of a large national bank in respect of data protection compliance issues in connection with the acquisition of a major mortgage portfolio. Jack has also advised on the data protection compliance of targets as part of the acquisition process. Further, Jack has experience in the areas of corporate restructuring, corporate law, and commercial contracts.
