Katie is a solicitor with the Employment law team in KPMG Law LLP. Katie qualified as a solicitor in 2023 and has experience of both employment law and corporate law matters. Katie’s employment law experience includes the drafting of contractual documentation, employment policies and procedures; employee relations matters including terminations, grievances, redundancies; and the employment law aspects of corporate restructurings. Katie specialises in advising on Gender Pay Gap reporting and related matters.
Katie is a member of the Connect@KPMG 2024 programme; this is a new initiative that supports women in KPMG to build their networks and leadership skills. Katie is also a committee member on KPMG’s LGBTQ+ Committee and is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI).
