Prior to joining KPMG Legal Services as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021, Kieran has experience working across various legal departments in leading Irish corporate law firms.
Kieran currently works on the Corporate Structuring and Corporate M&A teams at KPMG Law LLP and has gained experience drafting documentation to facilitate share purchase agreements, share transfers, capital reductions, share surrenders and distributions.
Kieran qualified as a solicitor in April 2024.
