Killian is an Associate Director in KPMG Law LLP and joined the team in 2016. He was promoted to Manager following his qualification as a Solicitor in 2020. Killian trained with KPMG Legal Services prior to this qualification. He has since gained experience in advising domestic and multinational organisations on legal matters. Killian has provided legal advice in corporate and commercial contracts, corporate governance, preliminary legal advice on proposed structures, group reorganisations, share capital and distributions, and mergers.
