Nicole is a Director at KPMG Law. Nicole is a dual-qualified solicitor (New York and Ireland) with more than 20 years of experience advising Irish and US companies in relation to their commercial agreements.
Nicole began her career as a litigator in a leading New York City law firm, working on commercial disputes and SEC investigations on behalf of investment banks and hedge funds. Later, she worked as in-house counsel at an Irish headquartered cybersecurity company and subsequently a multinational life sciences company, and has significant experience in the fintech, tech and life sciences sectors.
She now focuses on providing advice on all types of business relationships, including outsourcing and procurement, partnerships, joint ventures, XaaS agreements, supplier/distributor contracts, B2B and B2C agreements, and IP transfers and licensing. She is a skilled negotiator who understands the commercial imperatives driving agreements and the demand for efficient solutions.
