Salvador joined KPMG in 1989 and has in excess of 30 years experience as a Chartered Governance professional specialising in the provision of company law compliance and company secretarial services. Salvador and his team take the headache of company law compliance from clients and can also provide specialist advice on and assistance with company formations, company reduction and dissolutions, implementation of reorganisations, demergers, board and shareholder corporate governance services, share capital transactions and stamp duty relief claims.
