Prior to joining KPMG Law as a Trainee Solicitor in 2023, Tom completed two legal internships with Jonathan Dunphy Solicitors, focusing on criminal matters.
Tom currently works on the M&A team at KPMG Law LLP and has gained experience drafting documentation pertaining but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, share transfers, capital reductions, shareholders agreements, and investment agreements.
Tom has also spent time on secondment with Tesco Ireland Limited where he spent time working on a wide variety of matters ranging from corporate to retail to employment queries.
Tom qualified as an Irish Solicitor in May 2026.
